Design services
The creative and technical work, from the first mood board to a set of drawings a builder can price.
Three ways in, depending on how much of the design you want us to carry. Take one on its own, or all three as a single turn key commission.

Furniture, sourcing and styling
Mood boards, a shopping list for every fixture and fitting, and the final layer that makes a room feel finished.
We build a mood board for every room, item by item, with a legend so you know exactly what you are approving before anything is ordered.
That becomes a shopping list of fixtures and fittings. Furniture, rugs, lighting, hardware, wallpaper and the objects that make a place feel collected rather than bought in one afternoon.
Delivery is scheduled and everything is placed and styled by us, not left in boxes.

Design services / 02
3D rendering and technical drawing
See the room before it exists, then hand your builder drawings they can build from.
Renders are built from the real plan, the real finishes and the real light, so what you approve on screen is what arrives on site.
Behind them sit the technical drawings. Plans, elevations, sections and joinery details, dimensioned and annotated for construction.
Contractors price from the drawings and build from the drawings, which is how a design survives contact with a site.

Turn Key interior design
The complete service, from first site visit to the day you walk into a finished, styled space.
Every project starts the same way. We look at the space, measure it, and spend real time understanding how you plan to use it rather than how a catalogue says you should.
From there you get mood boards, renders and a set of drawings, then the sourcing and the build, all run by the same designer.
We stay involved through installation and handle the final styling, so the first time you walk in, it is finished.

Project management
The studio runs the execution, so the design that was approved is the design that gets built.
Once the design is signed off, we take responsibility for delivering it. Contractors, suppliers, programme and site quality, handled by the studio.

Full execution
We run the build. Contractors, suppliers, programme and site quality, managed by the studio.
We appoint and brief the trades, agree the programme and hold everyone to it, with one point of contact for you throughout.
Orders, lead times and deliveries are tracked against the build so nothing arrives late and nothing arrives twice.
Site visits check the work against the drawings at every stage. What was approved is what gets built.

We visit the space where we can, take rough measurements and ask a great many questions about how you actually live or trade.

Concept and mood boards
Space plans, a material direction and mood boards you can react to, with a first honest view of cost.

Detail and specification
Technical drawings, finish schedules and a sourcing list with lead times, so nothing arrives late.

Delivery and styling
Site visits through the build, then placement and final styling before you walk in.

It depends on the size of the space, the scope and the level of finish, which is why we do not publish a flat rate. The enquiry form uses budget bands from under 10 million naira to over 75 million naira, and the discovery call gives you a realistic range for your specific space before you commit to anything. The call itself is free.
